Step preview
- Add firm tofu, cornflour, salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
- Stir until coated
- Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
- Add coconut oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
- Transfer tofu to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 120°C, Stir 2
- Transfer tofu to small bowl then set aside
- Clean Cooking Chef bowl
- Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
- Add coconut oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
- Then add Laksa Paste to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
- Then add vegetable stock, lime juice, salt, brown sugar, fish sauce and coconut milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Add rice noodles to a clean large serving bowl
- Transfer tofu to large serving bowl
- Ladle broth into large serving bowl
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve
