- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 150°C
- Then add veal to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 150°C, speed 2
- Then add carrot and shallot to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 150°C, speed 2
- Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 150°C, speed 2
- Then add water, tomato purée, salt & pepper and white wine to the kCook bowl
- Simmer with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Then add mushrooms to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 15 min, 98°C, speed 3
- Serve
