  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Grate cooked beetroot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  20. Then add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  21. Season
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 9 min, 98°C, speed 4
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  24. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  25. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  26. Add butter and mascarpone cheese to the kCook bowl
  27. Stir with filler cap removed - approx 30 sec, speed 3
  28. Serve
