Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 170ºC
  2. Line the square tin with parchment paper
  3. Fit the Stir Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Heat - 10 minutes, 105ºC, speed Stir 2
  6. Let cool – 5 minutes
  7. Then add the next ingredients
  8. Mix until well combined – 2 minutes, speed Min
  9. Transfer the mixture into the square tin and level with the back of a spoon
  10. Bake – 30 minutes, 170ºC
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  12. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  13. Add chocolate into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  14. Heat - 10 minutes, 60ºC, speed Stir 1
  15. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over the flapjack
  16. Chill in the fridge until set – 10 minutes
  17. Cut into nine squares
  18. Serve
