A dark chocolate shell surrounding a minty, sugary filling. We have done a thinner layer of the mint filling, but feel free to adjust the amount to suit your taste as well as adjusting the mint flavouring, if you need to.

Step preview

  1. Line the tin with parchment paper
  2. Fit the Creaming Beater
  3. Add 360 g of chocolate into the warming bowl, fit the splashguard
  4. Heat - 10 minutes, heat setting 6, speed Stir 3
  5. Then add 180 g of chocolate
  6. Mix – 3 minutes, speed Stir 2
  7. Heat - 2 minutes, heat setting 2, speed Stir 2
  8. Coat the bottom of the tin with some of the chocolate
  9. Chill in the fridge until set
  10. Add the next ingredients into a medium bowl and mix until combined
  11. Spread the mixture onto the chocolate, leaving a small gap around the edges
  12. Cover with another layer of chocolate
  13. Shake the mould to level the chocolate
  14. Chill in the fridge until solidified – 30 minutes
  15. Serve
