Made with olives, capers and anchovies, this Provencal spread or dip can be served with crusty bread or crackers. Why not try tapenade drizzled over a Caprese salad or infuse into a roasted chicken breast by rubbing it under the skin before cooking. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
