Step preview

  1. Add the ingredients into a saucepan
  2. Heat until boiling - high heat
  3. Reduce the heat to simmer and quickly stir the water
  4. Crack one egg into a small bowl
  5. Then carefully slide the egg into the middle of the saucepan
  6. Cook until the egg white is set - about 5 minutes
  7. Remove the egg and place on a paper towel to drain
  8. Repeat the same with the remaining eggs
  9. Fit the Whisk Tool
  10. Add butter into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  11. Heat until melted - 3 minutes, 60ºC, speed Off
  12. Transfer the melted butter into a small jug and set aside
  13. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  14. Cook until smooth - 4 minutes, 72ºC, speed 6
  15. While the machine is running, add the melted butter back into the appliance bowl
  16. Cook until thickened - 4 minutes, 72ºC, speed 2
  17. Transfer the sauce into a jug and set aside
  18. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  19. Add oil into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  20. Heat until hot - 1 minute, 120ºC, speed Off
  21. Then add spinach
  22. Cook until wilted - 3 minutes, 120ºC, speed Min
  23. Place the sliced English muffins onto serving plates
  24. Top with the spinach, ham and egg
  25. Spoon some of the sauce on top
  26. Serve
