Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 100ºC
  2. Draw a 25cm circle on a parchment paper and flip it over
  3. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper
  4. Fit the Whisk Tool
  5. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  6. Mix - 1 minute, speed Max
  7. Gradually add sugar while machine is running and mix - 5 minutes, speed Max
  8. Transfer the meringue onto the prepared baking tray
  9. Spread the meringue inside the circle and make a dip in the middle
  10. Bake – 1 hour, 100ºC
  11. Turn the oven off and let the meringue cool in the oven – 1 hour
  12. Place the meringue on a serving plate
  13. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  14. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  15. Mix - 1 minute 20 seconds, speed Max
  16. Spread out the whipped cream onto the meringue
  17. Decorate with mixed fresh fruits
  18. Serve
