A fun treat, make for gift or keep for yourself. To make the hot chocolate pop these bombs into a cup of hot milk, let it half melt and then stir.

Step preview

  1. Fit the Creaming Beater
  2. Add milk chocolate into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Heat – 10 minutes, 60ºC, speed Stir 1
  4. Coat the mould with a layer of chocolate and reserve the remaining chocolate
  5. Chill in the fridge – 30 minutes
  6. Remove the chocolate shells from the moulds
  7. Divide the ingredients between half of the shells
  8. Fill only half of the shells
  9. Transfer the rest of the melted chocolate into a piping bag
  10. Pipe some chocolate along the edge of the shell and stick two shells together
  11. Then pipe some chocolate along the seam
  12. Decorate with sprinkles
  13. Chill in the fridge until set – 10 minutes
  14. Serve
