- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add water and millet to the kCook bowl
- Add courgette to the steamer tray
- Fit the steamer tray to the appliance bowl
- Cook - 15 min, 100°C, speed 2
- Pre-heat oven - 200°C
- Remove the steamer tray and set aside
- Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add olive oil, onion and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 100°C, speed 2
- Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 100°C, speed 2
- Transfer content of sieve to kCook bowl
- Add crème fraîche and salmon fillet to the kCook bowl
- Season and add spices as needed
- Mix - 30 sec, speed 5
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to gratin dish
- Scatter cheese over the gratin dish
- Bake - 20 min, 200°C
- Serve
