Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  2. Draw 5.5 cm circles onto a parchment paper, spaced 2 cm apart, and flip the paper over
  3. Fit the Creaming Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Mix - 2 minutes, speed 2
  6. Add the next ingredients
  7. Mix – 1 minute, speed 2
  8. Add the next ingredients
  9. Mix - 1 minute, speed 1
  10. Add food colouring
  11. Mix - 2 minutes, speed 2
  12. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large open star nozzle
  13. Pipe a circle following the prepared template
  14. Decorate with sprinkles
  15. Chill in the fridge - 20 minutes
  16. Remove the chilled pastry from the fridge
  17. Bake until golden - 10 minutes, 180°C
  18. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  19. Serve
