Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add courgette, garlic clove and shallot to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 7
  6. Then add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 95°C, speed 1
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add milk, unsalted butter, ground nutmeg and plain flour to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 7 min, 90°C, speed 4
  15. Then add plain flour and goat cheese to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 6
  17. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  18. Add pasta sheets to a clean gratin dish
  19. Transfer a layer of courgettes in the gratin dish
  20. Transfer a layer of the béchamel sauce on top of the courgettes
  21. Repeat the layers until all the courgettes have been used up
  22. Then finish with a layer of béchamel
  23. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  24. Bake - approx 30 min, 180°C
  25. Serve
