Step preview

  1. Cooking the eggs:
  2. Add water into the appliance bowl
  3. Heat until boiling – 1 minute, 100ºC, speed off
  4. Then carefully add eggs
  5. Cook – 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed off
  6. Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the eggs and cool in cold water
  7. Making the filling:
  8. Add flour into a medium bowl and set aside
  9. Add the ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine
  10. Then season to taste and mix again to combine
  11. Shell the eggs and coat them with the filling
  12. Roll the eggs in the flour, then beaten eggs and breadcrumbs
  13. Frying the eggs:
  14. Line a plate with paper towels
  15. Add oil into a heavy-bottom saucepan, filling no more than one-third full
  16. Heat until the oil reaches 170ºC – medium-high heat
  17. Carefully place the eggs into the hot oil
  18. Cook, turning occasionally, until crisp and golden brown – 5 minutes, medium-high heat
  19. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the eggs onto the paper towels to drain
  20. Making the mayonnaise:
  21. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  22. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  23. Whisk – 15 seconds, speed 2
  24. While the machine is running, gradually add oil and whisk until combined - 2-3 minutes, speed 2
  25. Serve
