Step preview

  1. Pre-heat the oven - 220°C
  2. Lightly grease a baking tray with 1 tsp of vegetable oil
  3. Fit the Stir Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid
  5. Mix – 1 minute, speed 6
  6. Add the next ingredient
  7. Mix – 1 minute, speed 6
  8. Using a 1 Tbsp measuring spoon, scoop 1 Tbsp of pork mixture, roll into a ball and place on the baking tray
  9. Repeat the same with the rest of the mixture
  10. Bake until brown and cooked through - 220°C, 12 minutes
  11. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  12. Add the ingredients into a small bowl and mix to combine
  13. Transfer the mixture into the appliance bowl, attach the lid
  14. Cook without the filler cap - 3 minutes, 110ºC, speed 4
  15. Divide the meatballs between the serving plates
  16. Pour the sauce over the meatballs
  17. Top with the ingredients
  18. Serve
