Biscotti, known also as Cantucci, is a twice baked Italian biscuit usually served in Italy with a Tuscan wine called Vin Santo or served elsewhere with coffee. There are many variations, this recipe is flavoured with chocolate chips, orange zest, and we also added hazelnuts. It would make a festive homemade gift for Christmas. Because they are twice baked, these biscuits can keep well in an airtight container for a few weeks, they can also be frozen.
