  1. Fit the Stir Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into a small bowl
  3. Soak – 10 minutes
  4. Remove the mushrooms and finely chopped
  5. Add the mushrooms and the soaking liquid into the appliance bowl
  6. Then add the next ingredients, attach the lid
  7. Stir – 3 minutes, speed 4
  8. Then add the next ingredient
  9. Mix – 1 minute, speed 5
  10. Brush the Steamer basket with a little oil
  11. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mushroom mixture onto each wrapper
  12. Lay the wrapper on your hand in the circle formed by your finger and thumb
  13. Press more mixture into the wrapper, while pushing the dumpling down into your hand to create a cylinder shape
  14. Once filled, press the dumpling against a worksurface to create a flat bottom
  15. Place the dumplings into the Steamer basket
  16. Clean the appliance bowl
  17. Add water into the appliance bowl up to 1L mark
  18. Fit the Steamer basket
  19. Steam – 15 minutes, 104ºC
  20. Serve
