A great way to save time by making two focaccia loaves at the same time. You can freeze one loaf for later or use both for a gathering or dinner party. We've flavoured ours two different ways - classic salt and rosemary and cherry tomato and pesto.

Step preview

  1. Grease two baking trays
  2. Fit the Dough Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Knead - 2 minutes, speed 1
  5. Knead - 8 minutes, speed 2
  6. Transfer the dough from the appliance bowl onto a lightly floured worksurface
  7. Divide the dough into two parts and place them in the prepared baking trays
  8. Gently stretch the dough to cover the bottom of the trays and about 2cm of the sides
  9. Cover the trays with oiled cling film
  10. Prove - 1 hour
  11. Preheat an oven - 200ºC
  12. Using your fingers press indents all over the dough
  13. Top with your chosen toppings
  14. Bake - 25 minutes, 200ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool
  16. Serve
