- Flour two baking trays
- Fit the Dough Tool
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Let rest – 5 minutes
- Then add the next ingredients
- Knead – 2 minutes, speed 1
- Knead – 4 minutes, speed 2
- Cover the bowl with kitchen towel
- Prove – 1 hour
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
- Divide the dough into 100 g pieces and cover them with a damp tea towel
- Let rest – 10 minutes
- Take one piece of dough and place it under the palm of your hand
- Gently apply pressure and rotate the dough to make a roll shape
- Place the shaped dough on the prepared baking trays
- Repeat the actions with the remaining dough
- Cover the baking trays with tea towels
- Prove – 1 hour
- Preheat an oven - 220ºC
- Brush the dough balls with beaten egg
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
- Place a small ovenproof container filled with hot water in the bottom of the oven
- Bake – 20 minutes, 200ºC
- Remove the buns from the oven and let cool
- Serve
