These burgers are the perfect meal for anyone trying to reduce their meat intake, as they have a delicious earthy, savoury flavour thanks to the roasted vegetables and miso paste, which give a big hit of umami in the same way that beef does. Sandwich between warm, toasted buns with crisp lettuce, sweet pickled red onions and plenty of garlic mayo and you won’t miss a beef burger ever again! Appliance: MultiPro Go
