Decadent fudgy brownies, topped with whipped honey butterscotch cream and dark chocolate ganache, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. These brownies take a while to make, so if you're short on time, make the brownies the day before, cool, then store unsliced and in the tin.

  7. Transfer the mixture into a clean bowl
  8. Chill in the fridge - 4 hours
  9. Making the brownies:
  10. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  11. Line a tin with parchment paper
  12. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the K-Beater
  13. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  14. Heat until the chocolate and butter have melted, and the sugar has dissolved - 10 minutes, 80ºC, speed Min
  15. Mix until combined - 5 minutes, speed Min
  16. Then add eggs while the machine is running
  17. Mix until incorporated - 1 minute, speed 1
  18. Then add the next ingredients
  19. Mix until smooth - 1 minute, speed 1
  20. Then add chocolate chips
  21. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 1
  22. Pour the mixture into the tin and spread evenly
  23. Bake until fudgy - 20 minutes, 180ºC
  24. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin
  25. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  26. Transfer the filling back into the appliance bowl
  27. Whisk until smooth - 5 minutes, speed Max
  28. Then add the mixture into the tin and spread evenly
  29. Chill in the fridge - 30 minutes
  30. Making the topping:
  31. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  32. Add chocolate into the appliance bowl
  33. Heat until melted - 10 minutes, 60ºC, speed Stir 1
  34. Then add cream
  35. Mix until smooth and glossy - 2 minutes, speed Min
  36. Pour the mixture into the tin and level with a spatula
  37. Chill in the fridge - 30 minutes
  38. Serve
