Chutney comes from Indian and Pakistani cooking. This chutney is ideal with cheeses like goat's cheese or with duck, but it can also be enjoyed in a salad dressing. Remember to use a sterilised jar and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

  8. Let cool slightly
  9. Transfer the chutney into a sterilised jar and let cool
  10. Chill in the fridge until needed
  11. Use as desired
