Step preview

  1. Line baking trays with parchment paper
  2. Fit the Creaming Beater
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Mix until smooth – 1 minute, speed 2
  5. Remove the Creaming Beater and fit the K-Beater
  6. Then add the next ingredients
  7. Mix until a soft dough has formed – 1 minute, speed 2
  8. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  9. Roll out until 2 cm thick
  10. Cut out rounds using the cutter
  11. Place the dough rounds on the baking trays
  12. Gently press in the flowers
  13. Chill in the freezer – 20 minutes
  14. Preheat the oven – 140ºC
  15. Bake the biscuits until light in colour – 20 minutes, 140ºC
  16. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar
  17. Serve
