Step preview

  1. Line the baking trays with parchment paper
  2. Fit the Knife Blade (or Max Blade for kCook Multi)
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  4. Mix until smooth – 1 minute, speed 6
  5. Then add the next ingredients
  6. Mix until a soft dough has formed – 2 minutes, speed 4
  7. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  8. Roll out until 2 cm thick
  9. Cut out rounds using the cutter
  10. Place the dough rounds on the baking trays
  11. Gently press in the flowers
  12. Chill in the freezer – 20 minutes
  13. Preheat the oven – 140ºC
  14. Bake the biscuits until light in colour – 20 minutes, 140ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sugar
  16. Serve
