  2. Let rest – 5 minutes
  3. Fit the Dough Tool

  5. Knead until a dough forms – 10 minutes, speed 1
  6. Remove the Dough Tool
  7. Transfer the dough onto a work surface
  8. Grease the appliance bowl with oil
  9. Return the dough to the bowl and fit the splashguard
  10. Prove until doubled in size – 1 hour, 30ºC, speed Off
  11. Lightly oil a clean work surface
  12. Remove the dough from the appliance bowl and gently press down with your fists to remove the air
  13. Divide the dough into six equal pieces
  14. Form each piece into a ball and cover with a tea towel
  15. Let rest – 15 minutes
  16. Roll out the dough balls into 20 cm circles
  17. Press your fingers into one side of the dough to create small dimples over the surface
  18. Preheat a frying pan – medium heat
  19. Add one pita to the frying pan
  20. Cook on both sides until golden and cooked through – 3 minutes, medium heat
  21. Wrap the pita in a clean tea towel to keep warm
  22. Repeat the same process with the remaining pitas
  23. Serve
