  1. Making the dough:
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl and stir to combine
  3. Let rest - 5 minutes
  4. Fit the Dough Tool
  5. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  6. Knead until a dough forms - 10 minutes, speed 1
  7. Remove the Dough Tool
  8. Transfer the dough onto a work surface
  9. Grease the appliance bowl with oil
  10. Return the dough into the bowl, fit the splashguard
  11. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour, 30°C, speed Off
  12. Transfer the dough on the lightly oiled work surface
  13. Gently press the dough with your wrist to remove the air
  14. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces, then shape into balls
  15. Cover the dough balls with a tea towel and let rest - 15 minutes
  16. Roll out the dough balls into 20 cm discs
  17. Press your fingers into one side of the dough discs to create small dimples over the surface
  18. Preheat a large frying pan - medium heat
  19. Add one flatbread to the frying pan and cook until golden - 3 minutes, medium heat
  20. Flip the bread over and cook until cooked through - 3 minutes, medium heat
  21. Remove the flatbread from the frying pan and wrap in a clean tea towel to keep warm
  22. Repeat the same process with the remaining dough until all flatbreads are cooked
  23. Making the garlic butter:
  24. Clean the appliance bowl
  25. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  26. Cook until fragrant - 2 minutes, 110ºC, speed Off
  27. Then add the next ingredient and stir with a spoon to combine
  28. Brush the flatbreads with the garlic butter
  29. Serve
