Step preview

  1. Fit the Stir Tool & Stir Assist Clip
  2. Add chorizo into the appliance bowl
  3. Cook until crisp - 10 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 2
  4. Transfer the chorizo with a slotted spoon into a clean bowl, leaving the oil in the appliance bowl
  5. Add the next ingredients into the appliance bowl
  6. Cook until fragrant - 8 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 2
  7. Then add the next ingredients
  8. Cook until boiling - 3 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 3
  9. Cook until the liquid has reduced - 42 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 4
  10. Remove the bowl from the machine and let cool - 30 minutes
  11. Fit the Knife blade to the Food Processor attachment
  12. Transfer the tomato mixture and chorizo into the attachment
  13. Blend until smooth - 1 minute, speed 2
  14. Use as desired
