With a small amount of planning, this Christmassy recipe is as easy as can be and makes a wonderful boozy dessert to end a dinner party. Heating the vodka slightly allows the flavours of the Christmas pudding ingredients to infuse and, once cooled, will keep for up to a week in an airtight container.
