These spiced honey biscuits are easy to make and will have your whole house smelling festive! It is important to dip the hot biscuits into cold syrup, so we recommended chilling the syrup after making it.

  1. Making the syrup
  2. Fit the Stir Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Cook until combined - 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 3
  5. Then add honey
  6. Stir until combined - 3 minutes, speed Min
  7. Transfer the mixture to a jug and let cool
  8. Making the biscuits:
  9. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  10. Line the baking trays with parchment paper
  11. Fit the K-Beater
  12. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  13. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 2
  14. Then add the next ingredients
  15. Mix until the dough begins to form - 1 minute, speed Min
  16. Divide the dough into small pieces, about 30 g each
  17. Shape each piece into oblongs and place them on the baking trays
  18. Prick each biscuit two times with a fork
  19. Bake until golden brown - 17 minutes, 180ºC
  20. Remove the biscuits from the oven and dip them into the cooled syrup - 10 seconds
  21. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and let cool
  22. Serve
