  8. Chill in the fridge - 20 minutes
  9. Preheat the oven - 180°C
  10. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  11. Roll out the dough until 1 cm thick
  12. Cut out the round shapes using the cutter and place them on the baking tray
  13. Bake until the edges of the cookies are just set but the middles are still soft - 12 minutes, 180°C
  14. Remove from the oven and let cool
  15. Serve
