Step preview

  1. Fit the Knife blade (or Max Blade for kCook Multi)
  2. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper
  3. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  4. Add bananas into the appliance bowl, attach the lid with the filler cap
  5. Mix until mashed - 1 minute, speed 8
  6. Then add the next ingredients
  7. Mix until combined and then scrape the bowl - 1 minute, speed 8
  8. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 10
  9. Then add the next ingredients
  10. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 5
  11. Transfer the batter into the loaf tin
  12. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean - 1 hour, 180ºC
  13. Serve
