Step preview

  1. Fit the Knife blade (or Max blade for kCook Multi)
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  3. Knead until the dough is flexible and homogenous - 3 minutes, speed 7
  4. Remove the Knife blade (or Max blade for kCook Multi), attach the lid with the filler cap
  5. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour, 30°C, speed Off
  6. Preheat the oven - 200ºC
  7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  8. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
  9. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces
  10. Roll out each piece into a circle, about 25 cm in diameter
  11. Place the flatbreads on the baking tray
  12. Bake until golden brown - 10 minutes, 200ºC
  13. Serve
