  1. Fit the Knife blade (or Max blade for kCook Multi)
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  3. Knead until the dough has formed - 3 minutes, speed 7
  4. Remove the Knife blade (or Max blade for kCook Multi), attach the lid with the filler cap
  5. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour, 30°C, speed Off
  6. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
  7. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  8. Turn the dough over and shape into a loaf
  9. Place the dough into a loaf tin, seam side up
  10. Cover the dough with a damp tea towel
  11. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour
  12. Preheat the oven - 220ºC
  13. Place a tray of boiling water into the bottom of the oven
  14. Remove the tea towel and spray the dough with salted water
  15. Bake until it sounds hollow when the bottom is tapped - 25 minutes, 220ºC
  16. Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack
  17. Serve
