  13. Chill in the freezer until firm - about 30 minutes
  14. Preheat the oven - 140°C
  15. Bake the shortbread until light golden - 45 minutes, 140°C
  16. Remove from biscuits from the oven and sprinkle with sugar
  17. Let cool - 15 minutes
  18. Serve
