Semifreddo is a light, frozen dessert that melts in the mouth. This sliceable ice cream like pudding is great for dinner parties. Serve straight from the freezer as it melts fast! We have drizzled ours with melted dark chocolate and caramel sauce but that is optional.

- Line a loaf tin with plastic wrap
- Fit the Whisk Tool
- Add egg whites into the appliance bowl
- Whisk until soft peaks have formed - about 3 minutes, speed Max
- Transfer the whisked eggs into a clean bowl
- Add the next ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Whisk until light and fluffy - about 3 minutes, speed Max
- Transfer the egg yolk mixture into a clean bowl
- Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
- Add cream into the appliance bowl
- Whisk until soft peaks have formed - about 2 minutes 30 seconds, speed 5
- Then add the whisked egg white
- Whisk until combined and then scrape the bowl - about 1 minute, speed 2
- Whisk until combined - about 1 minute, speed 2
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin and cover with foil
- Chill in the freezer overnight
- Remove from the freezer and remove the foil
- Garnish, if desired
- Serve immediately
