Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  2. Add the ingredients to a rimmed baking tray and mix until well coated
  3. Roast until the tomatoes are soft and charred - 45 minutes, 180ºC
  4. Remove the tray from the oven, peel garlic cloves and discard the skins
  5. Fit the Knife blade (Max blade for kCook)
  6. Transfer the roasted ingredients into the appliance bowl
  7. Then add crème fraiche, attach the lid with the filler cap
  8. Blend until smooth - about 1 minute, speed 8
  9. Remove the filler cap
  10. Heat until warm - 10 minutes, 85ºC, speed 4
  11. Add olive oil into a frying pan
  12. Heat until hot - medium-high heat
  13. Then add halloumi
  14. Cook, turning frequently, until crisp and golden
  15. Divide the soup between serving bowls
  16. Top with halloumi
  17. Serve
