  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Mix until combined and smooth - 1 minute, speed 3
  6. Line a plate with paper towels
  7. Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick frying pan
  8. Heat until hot - medium-low heat
  9. Then add 2 Tbsp of the pancake batter
  10. Cook until the edges are light brown - about 2 minutes
  11. Flip the pancake and cook on the other side - about 2 minutes
  12. Transfer the pancake onto the prepared plate
  13. Repeat the same frying process with the remaining batter
  14. Serve
