Step preview

  1. Fit the Fine grating disc to the Food Processor attachment
  2. Prepare the tomatoes for the attachment
  3. Grate cut side down in batches, if necessary - speed 1
  4. Discard any remaining skins
  5. Remove the attachment from the machine
  6. Transfer the grated tomatoes into a clean bowl
  7. Then add the next ingredients, and mix until well combined
  8. Preheat the oven (grill function) - 180°C
  9. Place the ciabatta slices, cut side down, on a baking tray
  10. Drizzle with olive oil
  11. Grill until golden and crisp - 3 minutes, 180°C
  12. Flip the bread over and grill until golden and crisp on the other side - 3 minutes, 180°C
  13. Rub the cut side of the garlic over the toasted surface of the bread
  14. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the slices of bread
  15. Serve
