Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 200ºC
  2. Grease a muffin tin
  3. Fit the Whisk Tool
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Whisk until combined - 4 minutes, speed Max
  6. Then add the melted butter while the machine is running
  7. Whisk until smooth - 2 minutes, speed 4
  8. Transfer the batter into the tin
  9. Top with the sliced plums
  10. Bake until golden - 8 minutes, 200ºC
  11. Reduce the temperature and bake until golden brown - 8 minutes, 160ºC
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin - 15 minutes
  13. Remove the cakes from the tin and dust with icing sugar
  14. Serve
