  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Add carrot to the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Add fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  16. Add sea salt to the kCook bowl to taste
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 140°C, speed 2
  18. Then add chicken stock and raw buckwheat to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 2
  20. Season to taste
  21. Serve
