This vegetarian stew is similar to a Moroccan tagine, which is traditionally served with couscous. You can add a Moroccan spice mix, or some ground cumin, coriander and cinnamon.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment

  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  13. Then add tinned chickpeas to the kCook bowl
  14. Add tinned chopped tomatoes to the kCook bowl
  15. Add vegetable stock and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 30 min, 98°C, speed 3
  17. Season to taste
  18. Serve
