Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  7. Slice onion and celery stalk into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  10. Add sea salt to the kCook bowl to taste
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 4
  13. Then add chicken stock to the kCook bowl
  14. Add cauliflower to the kCook bowl carefully
  15. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 2
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  17. Season to taste
  18. Serve
  19. Garnish a clean heatproof bowl to taste with chervil
