A creamy chicken and mushroom sauce which is ideal to serve with freshly cooked pasta. You could garnish the finished dish with fresh thyme, parsley or chives and serve with garlic bread.

  9. Slice chestnut mushrooms into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment

  11. Add chicken breast to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 3
  13. Then add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 3
  15. Then add crème fraîche and chicken stock to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 75°C, speed 3
  17. Fit fine grating disc (2) to direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 75°C, speed 3
  22. Season to taste
  23. Serve
