  10. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
  11. Then add beef stock, bay leaves and potato to the kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 hr, 98°C, speed 1
  13. Season to taste
  14. Remove
  15. Serve
