Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add water and quick-rise yeast to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  8. Then add bread flour, salt and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 15 sec, speed 7
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 10
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl and cover
  12. Prove until doubled - approx 1 hr
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add olive oil, sugar and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 140°C, speed 3
  23. Then add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 98°C, speed 4
  25. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  26. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  27. Divide into halves
  28. Roll out into a circle
  29. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  30. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  31. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking sheet
  32. Add black olives and anchovies to the baking sheet
  33. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
  34. Let cool onto cooling rack
  35. Serve
