  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  4. Add water and basmati rice to the kCook bowl

  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 1
  8. Drain content of kCook bowl into sieve completely then set aside
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Add vegetable oil and Thai red curry paste to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 98°C, speed 2
  15. Then add kaffir lime leaves and coconut milk to the kCook bowl
  16. Simmer with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  18. Slice courgette into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  20. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 3
  21. Then add salmon fillet, frozen peas, fish sauce and sugar to the kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  23. Season to taste
  24. Transfer rice to serving plate
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to serving plate
  26. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves
  27. Serve
