Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add plain flour, milk, raisins, egg, margarine, black pepper, baking powder, fresh thyme and lemon zest to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  8. Grate pecorino cheese into the mixture with direct prep attachment
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 5
  12. Prepare a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  13. Transfer mixture to muffin pan
  14. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 180°C
  15. Serve
