Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  8. Add monkfish to the steamer tray
  9. Fit
  10. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  11. Transfer fish to heatproof bowl then set aside
  12. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice spring onion and celery heart into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 4
  24. Then add fresh parsley, capers, black olives and cherry tomatoes to the kCook bowl
  25. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  26. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  27. Then add dry white wine to the kCook bowl
  28. Season
  29. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 1
  30. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  31. Serve
