  • Frozen raspberries icon

    500 g (about 3 ¼ cups)
  • Caster sugar icon
    Caster sugar
    100 g (about ½ cup)
  • Egg white icon

    30 g (about 1)

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add frozen raspberries, caster sugar and egg white to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 25 sec, speed 12
  6. Remove lid then scrape bowl
  7. Blend with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 12
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to plastic container
  9. Chill in freezer until just set
  10. Serve
