  1. Get the kCook bowl
  2. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add olive oil, fresh chilli, garlic clove, saffron threads and tomato purée to the kCook bowl

  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  7. Then add tinned tomatoes and sugar to the kCook bowl
  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  9. Remove lid
  10. Add fresh parsley and mussels to the kCook bowl
  11. Replace lid
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 100°C, speed 1
  13. Serve
