  8. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  9. Remove lid
  10. Add fresh parsley and mussels to the kCook bowl
  11. Replace lid
  12. Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 100°C, speed 1
  13. Serve
