  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment

  4. Add lamb shoulder, lamb stock and cauliflower to the kCook bowl

  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 50 min, 98°C, speed 3
  12. Then add cornflour to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  14. Season to taste
  15. Serve
  16. Garnish with fresh parsley
